Below is the information for REGISTRATION for AFG Florida South (Area 10) Fall Election Assembly “10/16 – 10/18.”  Registration is required for ALL MEMBERS (Voting & Non-Voting).  Registration cut-off deadline for ALL members will be on Saturday, 10/17, at 9:30 AM.

 

IMPORTANT:     PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UPGRADE TO THE LATEST VERSION OF ZOOM BEFORE YOU JOIN THE VIRTUAL FALL ELECTION ASSEMBLY (sometime between now and 10/16). 

  1. a) You will need to provide your First Name.
  2. b)In the Last Name Field please provide only the first initial of your last name.
  3. c)Please provide your Email Address.
  4. d)You will need to respond to four (4)more fields:

Big Island of Serenity 2020 AFG Convention

31st Annual AFG Florida South Convention with A.A. Participation

August 21, 2020 – August 23, 2020

Date: July 16, 2020
Subject: Big Island of Serenity

Due to the current situation in Florida, please let all your members know that The Big Island of Serenity Convention has been POSTPONED until August 20 -22, 2021. 

For all those currently registered for The Big Island of Serenity all monies will be held for convention next year.  If the member already has a room reservation at The Bonaventure, they can either cancel their hotel reservation or change it to the new dates. 

The Alateen Program has been reinstated and there will be a full Alateen program next year.

The registration form will be taken down from the web until the beginning of September to avoid confusion.  However, the printed registration forms are still good even though the dates are incorrect.

The entire convention committee is committed to have the best convention ever.  We all look forward to seeing everyone in 2021.
